Itsuki Minami is a delinquent student who runs the gang called "East Side Gunz." When he returns home one day after being harassed by a Storm Rider team called Skull Saders, he finds out one of his friend groups, the Noyamano Sisters, hides a secret from him. They belong to a division of the Storm Riders, the Sleeping Forest. Motivated by revenge, he steals a pair of Air Trecks and later settles his grudge with the Skull Saders. However, he is engulfed by the thrill of flight and quickly becomes engaged in the world of Air Trecks.
