CHAPTER 1: EAGLE CAVE Eagle Cave lay to the east of Breeze Village. It had been named so because long ago, a mighty eagle had lived there and it had been the mascot and guardian of the town. A statue had been erected in honour of the legendary eagle, but at the moment the statue had come to life, and the eagle was the leader of the beasts around the place. There were a few rodent soldiers around, but the beasts in the cave were, according to local accounts, primarily water-based creatures.
