Looks to be about 8 years old, blue hair, what clothes she wearing doesn't matter, and her wings are made of metal and within a reasonable size so they go no lower than her knees or feet. The wings also should be grafted into her back where her shoulder-blades should be, not on top of her shoulders or the side of her head. If anyone can find a picture like this, please post it. She may not be from a manga and end up being from an anime. But That is where I'm lost because I can't find her anywhere else this is the only picture I ever found of her and I would like to find out more. Does anyone have any ideas where she could be from?
