Description of Service
A Subscription to Advanced Anime provides the subscriber with ad-free access to Advanced Anime and subscriber-only features and services. Advanced Anime will make reasonable effort to make this access available continuously, but sometimes there may be limited interruptions, including server downtime and regular maintenance.
Purchasing, Using, and Canceling Your Subscription
By purchasing or using a subscription to Advanced Anime you agree that you are legally able to and will abide by these terms. You must be age 13 or older to purchase or use a subscription. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, your parents or legal guardians must review and agree to these terms.
The cost for a subscription to Advanced Anime is $2, £2, or €2 per month of access, depending on your selection. In the case of a recurring subscription, this cost will be charged to you monthly through your Paypal account until you cancel your subscription through Paypal. Should you choose a fixed duration subscription, you will pay a fixed amount upfront with your credit or debit card.
Subscriptions will be activated within 48 hours of recipe of payment. Due to the intangible and immediate nature of the subscription service, once a subscription is activated: (1) for a fixed duration with a fixed upfront payment, you will be unable to cancel the service or receive a refund, (2) for a recurring monthly duration and payment, you will be unable to cancel your subscription for 30 days following activation, after which you may cancel your subscription at any time with 24 hours notice.
Your subscription will expire at the end of your subscription period. In the case of a recurring subscription, your subscription will automatically renew upon receiving payment. You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription service.
Subscription Assignment
Only one subscription may be active per account. Subscriptions are not transferable between accounts. Any remaining subscription time on abandoned accounts is forfeited and may not be applied to other accounts.
Termination of Your Subscription
By using your subscription you agree to abide by the
Site Policies and Rules. Should you violate the Site Policies and Rules and enforcement of those terms are determined to be necessary by the staff of Advanced Anime, your subscription will be suspended or terminated in conjunction with the terms of the enforcement. No refunds will be made in the case of suspension or termination resulting from your violation of the Site Policies and Rules.
Limitations of Liability
Should Advanced Anime decide to terminate the entire subscription program and service, or where Advanced Anime is materially at fault for not providing subscription services for which you have paid, you may be entitled to a refund equivalent to the part of your subscription that was affected. In no case shall Advanced Anime be liable to pay more than the total price of subscription fees paid by you.
Changes to Terms
At any time we may change these terms by updating this page. You should review this page every so often for changes. By continuing to use the subscription service, you agree to any changes made.
